Skype team developed a lite version of Skype to be available for Android driven platforms and more than 100 Java enabled mobile phones. This version currently works on compatible LG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson phones.

You can use this version anywhere you have a mobile connection, however charges may apply to all calls made and received using Skype.
