Messenger Narrator helps blind people which would like to chat with their friends over Windows Live Messenger (MSN). MSN Narrator will automatically reads what your friends write to you.

In settings you can change the voice of narrator (if you have installed more than one on your system).

With installation of Windows XP the narrator (SAM) is added by default. SAM speaks English language. The con of add-in is simultaneous speak when you are writing with more than one friend.
