Yahoo! Messenger team announced a new resource for Messenger users, called the Workshop.

These Workshops are live, online, moderated chats led by Yahoo! staff, with a focus on a specific topic of conversation at a specific, scheduled time.

First Workshop for the Yahoo! Messenger team will focus on New User features and orientation, and will be held on Monday, August 25th from 4pm to 5pm Pacific Time (time zone converter). During the workshop, Yahoo team will answer questions about basic Yahoo! Messenger tips and tricks.
