The IM service that grew most in the last 10 months is instant messaging aggregator Meebo, with almost 2 million unqiue visitors in June 2007, up from 434,000 in August 2006.

Also seeing triple-digit audience growth: IMVU, a graphical IM client that lets users personalize their IM experience with avatars. Very Second Life.

Another company in Nielsen’s top five is paltalk.com, which emphasizes video chat.
