    I am using Rounder 2 template and wanted to go for 3 column one. When I did copy and paste, I am unable to parse it.

    Error Message:
    Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
    XML error message: The document type declaration for root element type "html" must end with '>'.

    Do not copy and paste the template. Download it and upload original file to blogger. This will solve your problem.

    Protesto, I uploaded in a test blog and works fine. When I checked it in my regular blog, most of widgets are gone. I didn't save it and have my 2 column template only.
    How can I go further with this template.

    It works fine and thank you:-))

    I just want the labels with +/- as it looks lengthy. Any suggestions about that??

    Thank you very much. That's exactly what I was looking for. It installed easily and seems to work fine. I have just one question. Is there a way to alter the colour of the side bars without also changing the colour of the main posting area? I tried but failed miserably.

    1. Find :

    <Variable name="topSidebarBgColor"
    description="Top Sidebar Background Color"
    type="color" default="#cdc" value="#ccddcc">

    2. Add these line after that:

    <Variable name="SidebarBgColor"
    description="Sidebar Background Color"
    type="color" default="#cdc" value="#ccddcc">

    3. Find :

    .sidebarbottom-wrap1 {
    background:$mainBgColor url("http://www.blogblog.com/rounders/corners_side_top.gif") no-repeat left top;
    margin:0 0 15px;
    padding:10px 0 0;
    color: $mainTextColor;
    }

    4. Replace mainBgColor with SidebarBgColor.

    5. Save template. Now click to Fonts and Colors. You will see an option named "Sidebar Background Color" ;)

    Thanks again Protesto. Those instructions worked perfectly. Now I really do have the template I wanted. I'm very grateful for your help. I'll add a link to this site when I update my New Look post.

    Hi Protesto,

    I've got another question for you if that's ok. I'm trying to get the "Read More..." and "Summary Only..." function to work and I can't find it.

    A friend who downloaded the same template from you when he saw the changes I made to my blog, said that the function just appears in the HTML version of the posting section & it shows you where to add what you want to the viewable and collapsible sections, but I don't see that when I go to the posting section. Is there something I'm missing here?

    Thanks

    Hi Protesto,

    I've sorted the problem now. In my haste I hadn't read your whole post and neglected to change the settings... silly me.

    It's all working fine now.

    Thanks
